For small UK shops, market stalls and makers

One platform. Zero chaos.

Your online shop, the till on your phone, your Royal Mail labels and your books, all working from one list of products and one stock count. Built in the UK for people who do every job in the business themselves.

A 15-minute call about your business, then a proposal. We set your shop up with you.

A Saturday with Tillzy

One shop, three places to sell, one evening to tidy up

Most small sellers run a website, a card reader, a label site and a spreadsheet, and type the same thing into all four. Here's the same day with everything in one place.

The screenshots come from Willow and Wick, a demo shop we made up. No real customer's data appears on this site.

7.40am

Pack the van

Set up the market as an event and move the stock you're taking onto it: eight fig candles, twenty wax melts, a few gift boxes. Your shop knows what went out of the door.

Stock levels in Tillzy: eight candle and home fragrance products, each with what is on hand, committed, available, average cost and value.
10.15am

Sell at the stall

The till runs on your phone. Tap the product, take cash, or let the customer pay by card on their own phone by scanning a code. Split a sale between the two if they're short. Email them a receipt if they want one.

Reduced-to-clear stickers scan at the till too.

An order comes in online

It lands in the same Orders list as everything else. Print a packing slip, then book the label through your own Royal Mail Click & Drop or Parcel2Go account without retyping the address. The stock comes off the same list the stall uses.

6.30pm

See what you actually made

Invoices come from the orders, so the profit and loss report is already done. It counts what each item cost you, not just what it sold for. VAT stays off until you register, then your invoices show it.

Tillzy keeps your records tidy. It doesn't replace your accountant.

What's in it

The tools you'd normally pay for one by one

These are often paid apps on other platforms. In Tillzy they're part of the product, so there's nothing extra to connect or keep in step.

Who it's for

Made for shops where one person does it all

Gift shops

Personalised orders with a gift message, gift wrap and a date it must arrive by. A calendar of what still needs making.

Fashion

Sizes and colours set up once, a size guide on each product, and stock counted for every size.

Food and groceries

Allergens on every product. Use-by and best-before dates kept for each batch, so you can see what's close to its date.

Makers and crafters

Made-to-order items, proofs your customer approves, and a till for the craft fair.

Online shop

A website that looks like your shop, not a template

Pick a theme, add your logo and colours, and publish on your own web address. Products, photos and prices come from the same list the till uses. Customers pay by card through your own Stripe account or with PayPal. Tillzy takes nothing from your sales.

Your data

Before you trust us with your shop, check our work

Your customers' details are yours. We store them for you, and we don't sell them or use them for anything else. Card numbers never reach us. Staff use two-step verification. Every company that handles personal data for us is named on our Trust centre, with what it gets and why.

When Tillzy connects to Etsy, eBay, Amazon or TikTok Shop, we'll only read and write what's needed to keep your listings, stock and orders in step. We've written exactly what that is, so you can check it before you connect.
