Tillzy / Features

Everything in one place, area by area

No add-ons to buy and nothing to keep in step. Each part below uses the same products, stock and customers as the rest.

Online shop

A website that looks like yours

Pick a theme, add your logo, colours and fonts, and preview it before you publish. Change it whenever you like.

  • Build pages from sections, and set up your own menus.
  • Use your own web address.
  • Sizes, colours and other options, with filters so customers find things fast.
  • Customers pay by card through your own Stripe account, or with PayPal. We never see card numbers.
  • Bring your products, customers and past orders over from Shopify or WooCommerce.

Till

A till for the market stall, on your phone

Set up a market day or a craft fair as an event, move the stock you're taking onto it, and sell from your phone.

  • Take cash, or let the customer pay by card on their own phone by scanning a code.
  • Split a sale between cash and card.
  • Email a receipt to the customer.
  • Print barcode labels, and scan reduced-to-clear stickers at the till.
  • When the day's done, bring what's left back into stock.

Orders and shipping

Every order in one list, and out of the door

  • Picking lists, packing slips and delivery notes.
  • Ship several orders at once.
  • Book and print labels with your own Royal Mail Click & Drop or Parcel2Go account.
  • Returns and refunds, recorded against the order.
  • Gift orders with a message, gift wrap and a date to arrive by.
  • One inbox for customer messages.

Stock and buying

Know what's on the shelf and what it cost you

  • Stock in more than one place, with a record of every change and who made it.
  • Batches with use-by or best-before dates, for food and anything else that expires.
  • Suppliers, purchase orders and goods received.
  • Landed costs: add delivery and duty to what you bought, so each item shows its true cost.
  • Reorder suggestions, so you buy before you run out.
  • Customers can ask to be emailed when something's back in stock.

Money and VAT

See what you really make

  • Invoices as PDFs, which you can email to customers.
  • Credit notes, payments and refunds.
  • Expenses, so your costs sit next to your sales.
  • A profit and loss report, and the profit on each product.
  • An alert when a cost goes up and squeezes your margin.
  • VAT is off by default, because most small shops are under the £90,000 threshold. Switch it on when you register and your invoices show it.

Tillzy helps you keep your records. It doesn't replace your accountant.

AI help

Help with the writing, never the deciding

Forty product descriptions to write on a Sunday night? Let it draft them. You read every one, change what you like, and nothing goes live until you say so.

How we use AI

  • Write product listings from a few notes or a photo.
  • Make new product photos from your own, such as a clean white background.
  • Design banners for your shop and social posts.
  • Draft newsletters and replies to customer messages.
  • Check your wording for mistakes.
  • Suggest discounts and bundles from what sells.
Marketing

Bring customers back, and see what worked

Send a newsletter, give a discount code, then see which Instagram post actually led to a sale.

  • Email newsletters to people who signed up, with unsubscribe built in.
  • Discount codes and offers, such as buy more, save more.
  • Campaign links that show which post or email brought a sale.
  • See which Google searches find your shop: connect Google Search Console (read-only) and Tillzy shows the searches, clicks and position for each page, and suggests clearer wording for you to approve.
  • Gift cards you sell online or hand over in person.
  • Customer accounts, order history and wishlists.
  • Product reviews that you approve and reply to.
  • Reminder emails for customers who left something in their basket.
Marketplaces

Marketplace connections: planned

We plan to connect Tillzy to Etsy, eBay, Amazon and TikTok Shop, once each one approves us. When a connection is approved, your listings, stock and orders will stay in step with your shop, and marketplace orders will arrive in the same Orders list as everything else.

None of these connections is live yet. We've written down exactly what each one will read and write, so you can check it first.
